Jayshri Gamoth, M.D.
With skills in 5 different languages, Dr. Gamoth understands the importance of communication. She strives to understand the patient’s needs and enjoys interacting with all people, old and young.
As a native of India, Dr. Gamoth came to the US at the age of 15 in search for a higher quality of life. Her parents, wanting to give young Dr. Gamoth the educational opportunities she desired, encouraged her to pursue her dreams. With the goal of becoming a doctor, she attended Jersey City State University receiving her Bachelor of Arts in pre med.
Following her undergraduate work, she attended the Universidad Iberoamericana in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic where she received her M.D. After which, she served a family practice residency at St. Eliabeth’s Hospital in Beaumont, TX and a second residency at the McKeeport Hospital in McKeesport, PA. After completion of her training, Dr. Gamoth began her career with Accredited Dermatology in New Jersey where she was able to further her practical experience in the field of dermatology.

Dr Gamoth has participated in various research studies and presentations on topics ranging from skin cancer to common skin disorders. As a highly qualified medical professional, Dr. Gamoth strives to promote a comfortable atmosphere in which her patients receive the highest quality of care.
In her spare time, Dr. Gamoth enjoys spending time with her husband and their son Yash. She also enjoys writing, music, traveling, reading, and even playing video games with her son.

Jack Saunders, PA-C
Jack Saunders is a nationally certified physician assistant who specializes in the assessment and treatment of various skin conditions and procedures.
He earned a bachelors degree in print and broadcast journalism at Utah State University in 2004 and worked in the journalism field for three years. He then decided to change course, to match his personal philosophy with his profession and pursue a dream. Jack received a master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Utah. With his communication background and medical education Jack better equipped himself to provide superior care for his patients.
Jack developed his skill set and passion for Dermatology while rotating with The University of Utah's Plastic Surgery and Dermatology Departments. He also assisted several county health departments with free cancer screenings and health fairs to help educate others on skin cancer.
Jack is trained in general and surgical dermatology and specializes in skin cancer, rashes, acne, warts, cystsand other hair, nail and skin disorders.
In his spare time Jack enjoys golf, racquetball, film, writing and keeping up on current events. He is marriedwith three beautiful children.
Hilary Reznick, PA-C
Hilary Reznick, a nationally certified Physician Assistant, attended Midwestern University in Glendale Arizona where she received her Master's degree in Medical Science. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, she began her education at the University of Nevada, Reno where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors degree in Biology, with an emphasis in Biomedical Studies.
Hilary has always had an interest in medicine, and truly enjoys helping people live a healthier life. It seemed natural that she developed a passion for dermatology, since the skin is our first line defense, and it can often illustrate the health of the entire body. Specializing in general dermatology, Hilary has been thoroughly trained to treat a wide variety of skin disorders. Her main priority is to educate her patients and provide the most efficient and effective care possible.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their two Westies.
Vanessa Boring, PA-C
Vanessa Boring was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, majoring in dance, and obtaining a minor in thematic sciences at the University of Arizona. After graduating, she spent a year in San Diego where she was a care giver. She then moved back to Arizona and worked as a patient coordinator for two years in a medical office. Finding her calling in medicine and patient care, Vanessa went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Touro University, Nevada.
Prior to starting her training as a Physician Assistant, Vanessa knew that she wanted to have her career in Dermatology. She moved closer to her goal by electing to do clinical rotations in Dermatology.
Vanessa is happy to settle into her career as a Dermatology Physician Assistant with A-Z Dermatology. Vanessa expands her knowledge and stays up to date on treatments of dermatologic conditions and various cosmetics through mentoring, self-study, specialized training, and dermatology conferences.
